Building a frame-house you won’t have any problems with wall shrinkage typical for beam and loghouses.

One more doubtless advantage of the technology: the building of the frame-house of 150 м2 takes 8 weeks (!), and the building of a brick house  — 8 months. The frame is erected within 2 weeks, the rest of time goes to the finishing of the house.
