The advantages of frame-houses in comparison with other types of constructions are:

In a frame-house there is a pleasant healthy microclimate, natural temperature conditions: it is warm in winter — it is cool in summer. Regarding heat-insulated properties, the wall of a frame-house with 150mm of thickness corresponds to bricklaying with the thickness of 2 m (!).

Building a frame-house you won’t have any problems with wall shrinkage typical for beam and loghouses.

One more doubtless advantage of the technology: the building of the frame-house of 150 м2 takes 8 weeks (!), and the building of a brick house  — 8 months. The frame is erected within 2 weeks, the rest of time goes to the finishing of the house.
